Schreiber Named Chair of CSO Peer Group at Chief Executive Network

Starting this month, Mark Schreiber, President of Safeguards Consulting, is serving as Chair of the Chief Security Officer (CSO) peer group at Chief Executive Network (CEN), a division of Chief Executive Group. 

CEN’s CSO peer group is designed for senior security leaders navigating complex and evolving risk environments. The group provides a trusted, confidential setting where CSOs can compare approaches, learn from peers facing similar challenges, and strengthen decision-making related to enterprise risk, resilience, and security leadership. 

As Chair, Schreiber helps guide discussion and supports the development of the group, ensuring conversations remain practical and grounded in the realities security leaders face today. His appointment reflects both his experience in the security field and the confidence placed in him by fellow senior executives. 

This work aligns closely with Safeguards Consulting’s long-standing commitment to supporting security leaders through practical insight, disciplined execution, and peer-informed perspective. We look forward to contributing to a strong and trusted peer community for CSOs.
